This past month has been an adventure. I learned very quickly that two babies take up all my time. I used to think that with one, now I wonder what I used to do with that extra time I must have had when it was just Blake. Here is what we have been up to this past month:
I got a cold, then Matt got it, then Blake got it and of course Tyler got it. When Blake got over his cold, he got the chicken pox. Thankfully Tyler didn't. However, during this time, Tyler began to get really, really fussy and nothing seemed to calm him down. I had my suspicion confirmed that he had acid reflux by taking him to the doctor. Now he is on medicine and is doing much better.
But it hasn't been all sickness. We had a great visit from my brother Bradley. He just recently came home from his mission. It was so good to see him and to have him meet the boys for the first time. Blake loved him. He watched everything that Bradley did. We also had a wonderful visit from my mom. It is so nice to have mom's come out and help you when you've just had a baby. Tyler is growing so much, besides the acid reflux he is a mellow baby. He is already starting to smile. I hope I can get it on camera soon. Blake loves being a big brother. He always wants to hold Tyler and help me burp him. Sometimes Blake also wants to be the baby. He tries to take away Tyler's bottle, paci, blanket, and tries to sit in his car seat and bouncy chair.
Matt has stayed busy with young men's. They had a scout camporee at burns park. He also is working hard at school, being the president of the J. Ruben Clark Law Society and at work. His boss just asked Matt to stay with them for next semester (he must be doing a really great job!).
(sorry I am not sure why this picture won't rotate)
